Get ready for the most joy-filled wedding you’ve ever seen! Ping & Larry’s smiles are SO contagious, my mouth literally HURT me while I was photographing and editing their wedding day! Their first look are some of my favorite photos of the entire wedding day. The look on Larry’s face when he turned around and saw Ping in all her bridal beauty – absolutely PRICELESS!! What was even more amazing was hours later, after they had seen each other and spent the afternoon with each other, when Ping made her grand entrance into the church for their ceremony and the doors opened to reveal her and her father, this time Larry instantly teared up! Ah I just loved that. No matter what, First Look’s will never take away that feeling of seeing your Bride walked down the aisle and EVERYONE was teary eyed watching Larry cry in amazement of that moment 🙂 So so sweet!
I met with Ping & Larry only this past March and they booked me for their wedding day. I had never shot a wedding on New Years Eve and was excited to do that but working with a couple as wonderful as these two made it even MORE enjoyable! They are so welcoming, caring and very kind. I have been looking forward to their wedding day ever since their beautiful engagement session at Liberty State Park just a few months ago! Their style was amazing for their engagement session and it was equally as amazing for their wedding day! Ping was cozy and so stylish in her gorgeous gown and warm white fur and Larry – well, Larry’s probably the most stylish man I know! Look up dashing in the dictionary and his face will be next to the definition! lol They both looked flawless!
Ping & Larry were married on New Years Eve and what a celebration it was!! Ping is from China and it was so great to see so many of her family fly in for the celebration and have such a fun time at the reception! Not only that but to see both of their families, his and her parents especially, come together and embrace each other and their new unified family filled my heart with so much joy. I just loved seeing Ping & Larry’s mom dancing on the dance floor together – priceless 🙂 Speaking of, the dance floor was bumping all night and a little before midnight the guests were treated to an AMAZING surprise – a traditional Chinese lion dance!! It was such a thrill to see this in person, at a wedding! Not only that but Ping designed her own wedding cake herself! She has her own cake business, Rolling Ping, and decided to make her own wedding cake – it was absolutely STUNNING! SO many fun details from this incredible wedding day and I loved every minute of it! Enjoy my favorite images from their incredible wedding day!
