For as long as I could remember… my family has TRAVELED! My father was a strong believer in vacations and getting away and when my father became sick, my mom continued our vacation travels except expanded it times 10!  My father loved to vacation to the same places over and over again (I get this from him. It’s why I don’t mind visiting Disney World every single year!) and my mom loved those places but also loved seeing NEW places. Once she brought us on new adventures (Northern and Southern California, Chicago, Nevada & Arizona to name a few!) the wanderlust really begun and my sister and I try to visit as many new places as much as we can!

One of my favorite parts of my job is all the new places that I’m able to discover with each and every new wedding, and every engagement session too! I’ve been able to photograph in my favorite places on earth (I’m looking at you, Disney World!) and experience new places that I never would have known about if it wasn’t for my couples! Shooting some place new is not only amazing for a portfolio but great for experience… even if I have been doing this for 4 years. Shooting in New York City is NOTHING like shooting on a beach, which is NOTHING like shooting in a wooded park. The test to be creative in every location and make it unique and special to each of my couples is something I LOVE and am always so excited to experience. I’m really excited to be shooting 90% of my weddings next year at brand new venues and locations and am ACHING to push it further… Destination Weddings is something every photographer dreams of and I am having serious wanderlust. Shooting Anniversary Sessions in Disney made me ache to shoot a wedding there! Being at Asbury Park’s beach made me wonder, how amazing would it be to photograph a wedding in Mexico!? So here I am… putting it out there for all to read, my dream locations! Places I would be incredibly GIDDY to photograph in, to experience and be apart of. This could be anything… weddings, engagement sessions, anniversary sessions. WHATEVER! Hey – A girl can dream, right? 🙂

– Photograph a NYC wedding at a quintessential New York location – like The Plaza, St Regis or Bryant Park Grill!

– Photograph a SOUTHERN wedding, y’all! Complete with a barn and mason jars! 🙂

– Photograph a Wedding or Engagement Session in California – Anywhere! Love me that coast. AND we will be there in May! Any takers??

– Photograph a BEACH wedding – Cape May? Florida? Jamaica? I’ll take ANY!

– Photograph a Wedding IN Disney World OR Disney Land!

– Photograph a wedding in Mexico, Puerto Rico or Dominican Republic

– Photograph a Wedding or Engagement/Anniversary Session in Paris/Venice/London… let’s get GLOBAL!

– Photograph a wedding in New Orleans. LOVE the culture and themes of weddings in New Orleans, it looks like it would be a BLAST!

– Photograph an Engagement Session in San Francisco!

– Capture a wedding in CANADA! My father LOVED Canada and it would be SO wonderful to photograph a wedding in the country he loved so much 🙂

– Photograph an Engagement Session in Washington DC during Cherry Blossom Season (is that enough detail?)

I’m not going to be picky though… I really would go anywhere! We’ve been lucky enough to shoot all over New Jersey and New York City and State as well as Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Disney World & Florida and really hope to expand that list very soon. Here’s to putting it out there and hoping dreams come true!
