I get so excited when my brides & grooms give just as much thought and care into their Engagement Sessions as they do their Wedding days. Kelsey wanted to make sure that the love Anthony and her share together was front and center of their Engagement Session while sprinkling in bits and pieces of what makes them so great in it. There were so many places that could have been the location for their Engagement Session but they finally decided on Asbury Park… it was the location for one of their first dates where they really felt a connection between them and though it was casual, it felt REAL. You know that feeling don’t you? It’s one of the best feelings the world. Doing nothing fancy with someone you like but just KNOWING that this is probably one of the best days ever that the two of you will always look back fondly at… and that he or she might be the one 🙂 That’s them. Add in a few fun props… bicycles, flowers (that Anthony personally picked out to make sure Kelsey’s bike basket looked cute!), a blanket perfect for cozying up on the beach together and a beautiful bride-to-be with not one, not two but THREE outfits! LOVED that! People might think they are being annoying with a few outfit changes but I absolutely LOVE when my bride’s go all out for Engagement Sessions and put so much thought into it! All we needed was Asbury Park as our beautiful backdrop and voila, you’ve got a fun and beautiful Engagement Session! Asbury Park, a beach town that used to be rundown and isolated for years, is THRIVING now and the Boardwalk made for perfect photos. We ended their session on the beach right at Sunset and the beautiful “blue hour” creeped up on us at the end, creating a beautiful glow around Kelsey and Anthony… and gaaah!! I just LOVE their session and it’s definitely one of my favorites now 🙂 I’m SO excited to share their Engagement Session with you all and just can’t wait for their wedding day next June! ENJOY 🙂
