Ohhhhhhhh I am SO in love with Kelly & Eric’s wedding day! And not just their wedding day – but them! I don’t even know where to begin when I talk about this wedding day. Let’s talk about the visuals first! It was a wonderful day weather wise – it may have been a little cloudy but it was warm and NO rain! SO rare for an April wedding day! Kelly & Eric’s wedding was filled with shades of sage green, gold details and natural flowers everywhere. The perfect colors for a spring day… and some of my personal favorites 🙂
The more time I spent with them on their wedding day, the more bugged out I became over all the tiny similarities I shared with them! lol It seriously got freaky! We both love broadway (their first dance was to a song from a Broadway show!), Kelly walked down the aisle to “Lover of the light” which is one of their favorite songs – and mine too! I actually have the words to this song printed and hanging in my house. Eric danced with his mom to the “The Rainbow Connection” from the Muppets, a song I sing to my own son every single night before bed! The longer the day went on, the more I realized I was MEANT to be their wedding photographer! lol Yes things got deep on this wedding day!
One of my favorite things about Kelly & Eric they made the wedding day of their dreams! They had their celebration at a brewery, which is unique in itself. They love beer and love trying new beers together. They chose to do a first look at the nearby rose gardens and after seeing each other, they also privately exchanged their vows and rings and since they were getting married in Pennsylvania, they also had a self uniting marriage before their ceremony in front of family and friends! During their ceremony at the brewery, they also shared their beer ceremony – they poured two beers into a glass and drank them! Kelly didn’t think it tasted bad but Eric may have gagged a bit lol. They didn’t have a wedding cake but instead a dessert table with the best dessert ever – duck donuts! And when the reception was over, they waited for all of their guests to head to the after party and privately shared a last dance together. They danced to the song Kelly walked down the aisle too, all alone just the two of them and it was a beautiful way to end an amazing day!
Kelly & Eric – congratulations on an amazing and beautiful wedding day!! You two are are so deserving of it! I wish you nothing but continued love and happiness!!
