Kimberly & Scott were married on a steamy June wedding day! On top of it being hot and humid, the threat of rain was looming over us all day – so I was racing to take their portraits and keep everyone as comfortable as possible. Later that evening as we took them out for some quick sunset portraits, we realized… it didn’t rain at all! And we quickly thought back on how PERFECT their day was!
After almost 10 years together, Kimberly and Scott were married in the cutest little chapel. Scott might look stoic in the photo below… but the minute the doors opened and Kimberly was standing there with her dad, he couldn’t hold back the tears! It was just the sweetest reaction! They had maybe the best bubble exit ever from their church – SO many bubbles and after that, we headed over to the gorgeous Paramount Country Club! They picked such a gorgeous venue with no shortage of great spots! Though we knew rain was coming, we raced out on the golf carts to take photos up on the golf hills and man… I went NUTS! I couldn’t stop taking their photos!
As the sun set, the party started inside and wow – Scott KILLED it on the dance floor! You might notice there are a ton of photos of Scott dancing and that’s right! lol He never left the dance floor and I swear – a PUMPED Bride & Groom on the dance floor is what keeps the dance floor packed!! I just LOVED watching them dance and have the best time ever!! Their wedding day was about as easy and breezy as it gets! On schedule all day long, great light, great vendors, beautiful venue, a packed dance floor and the sweetest easy-going couple! I just loved being a part of it!! 🙂
