Summer & Corey [William Penn Inn Gwynedd PA Wedding Photographer]

It is SO bittersweet to write up the post for our LAST wedding of 2014 – it’s all over! – but at the same time, this wedding day was just SO gorgeous and with such a FUN couple, I am so excited to relive this day through this post. From the minute Summer & Corey arrived at the beautiful William Penn Inn with their bridal parties, there was nothing but EXCITEMENT in the air. Everyone was SO pumped and ready to celebrate these two and that excitement was seriously contagious. All of the girls had such high energy, they were constantly shrieking and hugging each other – I loved it! Summer arrived from the salon looking GORGEOUS before she even slipped her stunning wedding dress on and I could tell she was anxious to get everything started! I think she asked me three or four times that morning “Can I get into my dress now??” lol I loved it! And once she slipped into that dress… wow. A Bride was born! SO beautiful! I was SO excited to see what Corey’s reaction was going to be. Luckily they decided on having a First Look and we didn’t have to wait long for his reaction and it honestly might be my favorite first look reaction EVER. He turned around, looked at her and just made this indescribable noise lol like “Ohhhhhh!!!!” It was hysterical. He was in LOVE with his beautiful bride. And when she spun around for him to see her full look, Corey could not help himself “Babe you look HOT!” lol I loved it!

Corey & Summer KNOW how to have a good time. These are two people that love to laugh together, constantly make jokes and smile at each other and just have a wonderful, youthful spirit that I just KNOW will never go away! (I mean… in the middle of their bridal portraits, they decided to have a thumb war! love it!) Their Bridal Party is a straight reflection of those fun-loving attitudes – I LOVED this bridal party. Everyone had such high-energy! When we were taking their group photos and I told everyone “Ok Summer and Corey are about to get married, put your hands up in the air and scream!” …. I can still remember THAT SCREAM! Jose and I looked at each other, hysterically laughing at this group. When it’s a cold, November day – that’s EXACTLY what we need! A great group of people, not caring about the weather, and only wanting to celebrate the people they love. It’s the best!! 🙂 I just love everything about their wedding day, from their personal ceremony where Corey’s father married them, to their FUN reception – that dance floor was PACKED all night! Corey & Summer, thank you for letting Jose and I be present on the most beautiful day of your life and capture these special moments for you! We love you both and wish you nothing but more love, giggles and happiness 🙂 Enjoy a few of my favorites from their beautiful wedding day!
