I’ve known Sarah since I was 14! We went to high school together and had so much fun – we became obsessed with Spiderman (the Tobey Maguire movie) together, used to have fun days in the city together, watched Sex & the City when we were way too young to be doing so lol and bonded over our love of hair metal bands from the 80s! Of course, time happens and we grew apart… but I never forgot those good times. I also never forgot what a fun and kind person she was. So when she told me she was finally engaged to the love of her life, after YEARS of being together, and she wanted ME to be the photographer!? All those fun memories flooded my brain and I was just so honored that now, I got to be able to watch her marry her true love!

Sarah LOVES Snow white & the seven dwarfs so she knew she wanted that for the theme of their wedding day. But she also knew she wanted it to be somewhere out of the box, somewhere that was as unique as the couple she and Andy are 🙂 When she realized you could get married at the ZOO – it was a no-brainer! This wedding day is so unique because, besides animals being their official wedding crashers, they did it all themselves! I mean, they did it ALL! Her uncle’s Cuban restaurant catered the wedding and her cousins’ band provided the entertainment! The bridal party set up all the decorations for the reception and ceremony. But each little detail was thought out perfectly – and the Snow White details scattered throughout were such fun little touches!

Of course the stars of the day were Sarah & Andy. They were SO happy to finally be married and had a blast the entire time! They were smiling, laughing, dancing and drinking the entire time. But I will tell you that when they exchanged their sweet personal vows – everyone truly saw how deep their love went. These two are so meant to be. I couldn’t imagine Sarah finding a more perfect person for her and I’m SO happy for my dear friend. I wish you both nothing but endless love and happiness! Congratulations and thank you for letting me be a part of such a fun day!!!
