6 years ago – Danielle and Brian only met two days after she started college in September at Rockland County College, introduced by her roommate. Two months later on November 8, they started dating and never looked back. Five years later & two days before they officially started going out, Brian got down on one knee in a tiny little gazebo overlooking the Tappan Zee Bridge in Piermont, New York and she said yes! There were two things they knew they wanted in their engagement photos. They wanted them to be in the fall – since they met in September, got engaged in November and would be married next October. They LOVE the fall! And they wanted their pictures to be in Piermont. But suddenly Hurricane Sandy came and not only ruined the day to shoot their photos but Piermont as well.

When we rescheduled, we were upset to find out Piermont wasn’t allowing anyone that wasn’t a resident inside the town – but Danielle & Brian were hopeful and said they had a friend with a backyard that would let us shoot in it. And, wow! This backyard was unlike any other we’ve seen. It was the biggest backyard we’ve ever seen and was beautifully landscaped, with a gazebo!  It was perfect & we were able to give Danielle & Brian everything they expected out of their shoot. Not only that but we had so much fun being with them for the afternoon. They are so fun and up for anything! Danielle & Brian, thank you so much for letting us take your photos – and for being such troopers through the storm! 🙂 We hope you love your photos as much as we do.
