It’s fall engagement session season and I am so excited to kick it off with Danielle & Michael! Almost immediately after they booked me as their wedding photographer we got their engagement session on the calendar! These two got engaged last year on an October weekend away in Maine, with foliage surrounding them, and next October they will be getting married! These two just love fall and so their engagement session had to be in the fall! We got their photos in right as the leaves started to turn and while it was still warm out and not freezing – so a double win! We had PERFECT weather and the location practically all to ourselves!

From the minute I clicked my camera, I knew they would be a breeze to photograph. First of all, their style is impeccable! When they stepped out of their car I was in love with their outfits! They popped perfectly off the natural background around them. But it’s not just about how gorgeous they looked but how comfortable they are with each other that ended up making their pictures so beautiful! You can see their smiles get a little bit wider anytime I asked them to look at each other 😉 And their giggling as they walked together.
