How crazy is it that we had back to back wedding days in February?? And what’s even crazier, the weather was PERFECT! No snow, not cold at all – it was JUST right 🙂 Erica & Chris lucked out with having such a gorgeous day. Luck was on their side all day long (be sure to look out for the photo of a lady bug on Erica’s dress!! Amazing!!) These two were calm, cool and collected the entire day long – nothing but EXCITEMENT all day! They’ve been together for four years, after meeting on match.com! It’s funny because they had both been on match.com for a while with nothing but unsuccessful matches and right before they both almost threw the towel in, match.com came through for them and they’ve been together ever since! Sometimes life gives you everything you’ve been looking for but backward and that’s what happened when they welcome their son, Emmett, into their lives 🙂 Baby came before marriage but they wouldn’t have it any other way. And how special is it that your child gets to celebrate your special day with you?? I love that and Emmett is just the cutest little boy ever, he stole the spotlight all day long.

Watching Chris turn around and see Erica for the first time during their First Look was one of my favorite moments of the day. Chris is such a happy guy who is always joking around and being silly but in that moment, he was speechless. He just stood there in awe of her and that killed me to see! I was NOT expecting speechless from him! The rest of the day though, nothing could kill their high and they were nonstop smiles and joking around 🙂 We wouldn’t have it any other way! My stomach was KILLING me from laughing so hard during their portraits. I love that they know how to have fun together!! That’s SO special! 🙂 Their ceremony FLEW by but not without a few tears as we remembered Chris’ beloved mother who had passed away early last year and a few laughs from Emmett sticking his head through Chris’ legs during their vows lol it was the cutest thing ever!! And just like that, they were husband and wife! 🙂 LOTS of dancing and fun in their photo booth followed before it was time to cut the cake – but not Chris’ amazing grooms cake! My nerd side was GEEKING OUT with this cake! We had SO much fun capturing their wedding day for them and can’t wait to share it with you today!
