Some love stories are worth the wait, and Amanda and Christopher’s engagement session was definitely one of them. After having to reschedule three times due to unpredictable weather, we finally landed on the most perfect August evening—and it couldn’t have been more magical.
Sayen House and Gardens was the ideal backdrop, with its winding pathways, vibrant blooms, and the soft golden light pouring through the trees. I loved and enjoyed getting to know Amanda and Christopher as we strolled from one picturesque spot to another in the gardens. Their chemistry was effortless—playful one moment, tender the next—and it made capturing their connection such a joy.
Of course, Christopher had one FUN surprise up his sleeve: the Infinity Gauntlet! Yes, you read that right! If you know Marvel, you know what it is, and in between the romantic shots and sweet stolen kisses, we had a blast working in this fun prop. It was the perfect reflection of their personalities—equal parts nerdy, lighthearted, and full of love.
After waiting out the rain delays, this evening reminded me that some things truly are worth postponing. The sunset glow, the laughter, and the way Amanda and Christopher looked at each other made this session unforgettable. Amanda & Christopher, thank you for trusting me with your engagement photos! Enjoy my favorites from their session 🙂
