I’m so excited to share my very last engagement session of 2024 and couldn’t have imagined it ending any better than with these two! Taylor & Danny are the absolute sweetest. By the end of the session, I felt like we were best friends who hadn’t seen each other in so long and my heart felt so full from our time together! They are happily planning their dream wedding together, after being together for 5 years, and this was a fun pause in the wedding planning to spend time together and explore a new place! Taylor’s cousin got engaged at the New Jersey Botanical Gardens and after seeing photos of her proposal, she thought it’d be a great spot for her and Danny’s engagement session and it was the perfect choice! Even though we met up in mid-November and most of the trees had lost their leaves, we still had plenty of greenery and a few pops of color left for photos!

We decided to meet up early on a Sunday morning and it was the BEST decision ever! We were the ONLY three people there! We never saw anyone else walking around – it made it even more magical and romantic for these two! I loved watching these two through my camera, the way their smiles would get bigger when they locked eyes or the way they’d laugh whenever something felt silly. I always tell my couples not to take engagement sessions too seriously and just have fun and enjoy this time where they get to just walk around, holding hands and being affectionate with each other and I think they did just that 🙂 I had the BIGGEST smile on my face editing these photos and am counting down the days until I see them again!!
