It was a pleasure to be back at Clarks Landing again, this time to photograph Juliana and Jimmy’s summer wedding day!! Fun fact about their wedding day – it was in the middle of a brutal heatwave and was actually SO humid that day. It felt stifling at times BUT the minute we arrived at Clarks Landing, it was cool and breezy and it was like the weather magically changed just for them. We all felt gross and sticky all day long but you can NOT tell in their photos – they looked beautiful and effortless all day long. Their wedding day was so gorgeous, centered around their love for each other and their family. Jimmy is one of seven and it was so sweet watching his parents and siblings cheer him on by his side. He has four brothers and couldn’t choose a best man so he didn’t have any! They all stood with honor on his side.

Juliana is the baby of her family so it was emotional for her parents and her brothers watching her get married – she shared a first look with her dad, brothers, and bridesmaids and EVERYONE had tears through each one but watching her dad and brothers tear up at the sight of her was just the sweetest. But the love they have for each other is what is most admirable about these two. The smiles on their faces when they first saw each other during their first look were so joyful to watch and to see Jimmy’s face beam as Juliana walked down the aisle toward him melted my heart. Juliana literally kept jumping for joy throughout the day, she couldn’t believe their wedding day was here and she was clearly having the BEST time all day long! It’s clear through their photos how much fun they had on their wedding day and I’m so excited to share their day!! Juliana and Jimmy – congratulations!!! Wishing you both nothing but the best in the rest of your life together!!
