I am SO excited to be sharing Amanda and Kyle’s engagement session on the blog today! It also happens to be my very last engagement session of the year so a little bittersweet but still exciting. We had originally planned to meet a few weeks earlier but then I fractured my foot 3 days before their session and needed to rest so we had to postpone. Luckily these two are the sweetest and had no problem doing so. And we just happened to postpone their session to be photographed exactly one year from their wedding date next year so maybe we can call it fate! I think it was because the weather was also PERFECT! We started out with cloudy weather (which is still ideal) and then all of a sudden the sun came out, blue skies appeared and we got the prettiest glow in their photos so I didn’t mind it one bit. If THIS is the weather we have a year from now on their wedding day, I’ll take it! 🙂
This was my first time meeting Amanda and Kyle and I had the best time getting to know them. It is so clear that these two just love each other so much and love hard. They were so weirdly good at naturally holding and kissing each other, I had to ask them if they had done a photoshoot together before but nope, they didn’t! They are just naturally this cute together. And it made their entire session so much easier! I’m always here not only to photograph my couples but guide them through poses and what to do if they feel awkward in front of the camera but they just did not have that problem! All the smiles and giggles on Amanda’s face are purely genuine and I had the biggest smile on MY face the whole time I photographed them. I’m so excited to see these two in their wedding day next November! Funnily enough, they’ll be my last wedding of 2024! lol Enjoy my favorites from their session!!
