Staci & Jake have waited for this day since they first met in 2010. They had originally planned a fall 2020 wedding day but ended up moving it to Spring 2022. But the day was beautiful, everything went perfectly, and they looked stunning all day long!
The last time I had seen these two was in 2019, it feels like so long ago! I instantly remembered how PERFECTLY these two are for each other. They’re so easygoing and relaxed, it shows in their photos. Staci was full of jitters all morning but the minute she saw Jake during their first look, it was like they instantly just disappeared! And I loved how he turned around, saw his beautiful wife in front of him, and gasped and said “oh my god babe!” She seriously looked STUNNING! I LOVED Staci’s bridal look. So minimalistic and elegant.
They were married on the first day of Spring and it was a BEAUTIFUL but windy day! We snuck outside when we could but decided to hold off on portraits outside until sunset and it was SO worth the wait. We got outside on the docks right as the sun was setting and these ended up being my favorite portraits of the day! I think it was also because you could just see on their faces how HAPPY Staci & Jake were. They were finally married, the reception was next on the agenda and they so ready to drink, dance and celebrate!
Congratulations to you both on your incredible wedding day!! I hope it was all you ever dreamed of and worth the wait!! Wishing you nothing but the best!! 🙂
