SO excited to be sharing another beautiful engagement session with you all! Kelly & Eric perfectly tied in their engagement photos to their wedding day – there are subtle little hints all over this session of what to expect from their big day next April! First, Kelly’s dress is the color that their bridesmaids will wear and that is one of my FAVORITE colors for spring wedding days! Second, they brought some very special props along for their session… beers from their venue! Yes, their venue is a BREWERY! This will be my first wedding at a brewery and I am so excited! Booking such a unique venue like a brewery tells you so much about a couple – that they beers (duh!) but also that they love to have fun together & that they want their guests to have a fun experience!
They chose Allaire State Park for their engagement session and you guys know I LOVE Allaire state park! I’ve been there SO many times in the past 9 years for engagement photos and I ALWAYS find a new spot for photos – it’s kind of mind blowing! lol On the day we met up for their photos, it was PACKED. I’ve NEVER seen this place so busy! Of all the days we pick, of course there’s a flea market happening the day we’re there for photos. But you seriously would NEVER know. It was insanely packed and yet it looks like we had the place all to ourselves! I don’t know how we got so lucky! lol
Kelly & Eric told me they were nervous because they’ve never taken photos together and you guys, that is music to my ears 🙂 It’s always the couples that say that that end up completely knocking it out of the park during their session! I mean, these first four photos were their WARM UP! It’s like they were instantly camera ready! lol It was kind of amazing! I had so much fun spending the afternoon with these two and can not WAIT for their wedding next year! They even sent me home with some beers from their venue to take home and try so I’ll be toasting them tonight in honor of their blog post going live 🙂 Enjoy my favorite images from their session!!
