It was only 4 short months of taking photos but my last engagement session of the year is here and I’m a little sad about it! This year has been SO weird but I feel SO lucky to have been able to pick up right where I left off (before the world shut down) AND to have done it all pregnant! Nicole & Jacky reached out to me maybe two weeks before the date we picked to see if we could squeeze in their session before I went on maternity leave. I was SO happy we were able to actually find a day that worked (and that weather worked right along with us!) because I had the best time getting to know these two!
I booked Nicole & Jacky right at the beginning of the pandemic. She works for a hospital and he is a police officer… so while the rest of us quarentined, these two were out there every day working to protect us! They were originally planning a winter wedding for next February but their guts told them to push it back and I was lucky enough to move along with them to September. It ended up being one of the BEST decisions for them! Longer engagements can feel never ending but it gives you more time to plan and not lose your head. These two are SO cool and collected though… I don’t see them getting stressed about much!
They picked Liberty State Park for their engagement session, one of my favorite locations! It’s amazing how every time I’m here, each couple I’m with can bring out a different angle and look to this park. It ALWAYS feels new! I LOVE their session so much and just can not wait to celebrate them next year!! Enjoy my favorites! 🙂
