There are SO many reasons as to why Taylor & Kyle’s engagement session was SO fun for me to photograph! First, we all used to work together at the same retail store!! I met them both almost 10 years ago and worked with them for almost 4 years! Here’s a really fun fact… they BOTH used to be my boss! lol And they were together before I knew them and they are still together, except now.. they are ENGAGED!!

I just loved it because I already knew SO much of their history and even though it’s been a few years since we’ve seen each other, it was as if no time had passed! And it’s SO exciting that in two months, after all this time, they will be getting married. They chose this special spot in Palisades Interstate Park, overlooking New York and the Hudson River. It was a spot they came to many times to walk around and collect sea glass! You’d NEVER think you’d find so much sea glass on such a small beach but they even had a full tin of it (and that’s what I used for her beautiful ring shot!)

It was EFFORTLESS photographing Taylor & Kyle. I’d like to say it was because we all knew each other, and hey, maybe it was! But I don’t think that’s it. I think they just are THE cutest together. They had NO problem nuzzling, kissing and everything they did was so natural – I barely posed them. My heart bursts for these dear old friends of mine and I can’t wait to share my favorite images from their session with you today!! 🙂
