Guys… I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a wedding day with SO. MANY surprises! Everyone was suprising everyone and there were SO many secrets to keep! lol Elly & Tyler planned an incredible wedding day at the Oyster Point Hotel with a beautiful outdoor ceremony and a FUN dance party to follow. It was all threatened by rain in the forecast but AMAZINGLY – the rain held off until the minute they stepped into their cocktail hour. It’s pretty incredible that for the forecast to say it was going to rain all day long and during their ceremony, the sun came out! I was shocked and was crying happy tears behind my camera as I watched Elly & Tyler happily walk down the aisle, with all their guests waving their flags and bells at them. It was such a fun site! Now for the suprises! Man… what WASN’T a surprise?? lol They surprised their guests by arriving to their cocktail hour on a BOAT! That was a lot of fun (and a little scary since we were out on the boat just as the rain was starting to creep through the clouds and it was COLD out there on the water!) Elly surprised Tyler by wearing some fun gold Kate Spade sneakers, which was so fun for Tyler because he has a tradition of wearing his own gold shoes for all formal events – he was SO shocked to see Elly would be joining in on the gold shoe fun! Then during their reception, THEY were the ones getting a surpise when the mascot of their alma mater, Penn State, showed up – and JUST as we were taking a Penn State group photo! lol It was hysterical to see the lion dancing with guests for the rest of the night! It was such an incredible day, I’m just so happy everything came together so beautifully for them! 🙂 And now for my favorite part… I get to share their beautiful wedding day with you!! Enjoy my favorite images! 🙂
