It was only 5 months ago that Lauren reached out to me to become her wedding photographer! But these two have been together for about 4 years and were so excited to be planning their wedding day in New Jersey! I say that because while Lauren is a Jersey girl at heart, she met Brent while on a ski trip to his hometown in Denver, Colorado and after a while of being in a long distance relationship, she moved out to Colorado to live with him. The rest is history – but my favorite part is how Brent proposed to her at the SAME ski resort where they met! What a romantic 😉 So this wedding was a destination wedding for half of their guests! But I’m sure parts of it felt like they were home – the weather was sunny but oh so cool (PERFECT fall weather for New Jersey) and they were married at the beautiful Skyview Golf Club on top of a hill with mountains surrounding them! It’s a pretty spectacular view that they fell in love with – but WAIT until you see the view in their portraits! All of their photos are gorgeous because their smiles are so big!! I LOVE the pops of color from their flowers that just screamed fall and their cake topper was a little piece of home 😉 SO much prettiness in this blog post!! Brides will for sure be referring to their photos for fall wedding days to come! Lauren & Brent, thank you for choosing us to capture your wedding day for you!!
