Your wedding day has come and gone and now it’s time for you to receive your wedding photos! Thankfully we live in a digital era and it’s SO exciting for me to deliver wedding images to my brides as quickly as possible. Goodbye DVDS, Hello PASS! PASS is the name of your online gallery where every single one of your wedding images are delivered to you. That’s right… EVERY. SINGLE. PHOTO. It’s a game changer and it doesn’t just make my life as your photographer easier but life for YOU easier. This is the simplest way for you to show off your wedding images to all of your family members and friends.

Let’s be honest here. When was the last time you popped a DVD into your computer? I honestly can’t even tell you the last time I did that. I’m going to be 100% honest with you here… our wedding images are all on CDS and my computer doesn’t even READ CDs anymore! So I have to trek down to CVS and put in my CDs to view and print them and those kiosks are slow and take forever to upload! And let’s face it, they’re ALWAYS broken and unreliable. (And I have no shame saying this because I worked in the photo department at CVS for 10 years!) It’s a PAIN, I HAVEN’T EVEN PRINTED ALL MY WEDDING PHOTOS! Sad but so true.

That is the main reason why I love PASS… it makes it simple and easy for my brides to access their wedding galleries anytime, anywhere. Yes anywhere… these galleries can easily be saved to the home screen of all your smart phones AND tablets! So you can literally share your wedding photos when you’re out to dinner with friends or at the dinner table with Family. It is THAT SIMPLE! I know the thought of not receiving a usb or flash drive might make a bride apprehensive but think REALLY hard about your answer to this next question… If I deliver your wedding photos to you in an easy gallery that you can access for the next 10 years AND a usb drive, what are the odds you will plug that usb into your computer more than once? Especially when you are able to download all the images and own the rights to all the images in your PASS gallery without lifting a finger.

I’m going to walk you through just how simple PASS is 🙂 This is the screen you see when your gallery is sent to you and you click on your lovely link (above). It is automatically doing my “promotion” for me, showing anyone who views the gallery who the photographer is and where they can reach me. Easy peasy! When you open the gallery (below), you will see your wedding photos. These galleries are BEAUTIFUL! I love how streamlined and sleek these galleries look!! You have all the rights to your wedding photos the minute you receive this gallery which is another FANTASTIC thing about PASS! 🙂

On the top left of your gallery, you will see three little lines. Clicking on that will show you how you PASS gallery and how I have already broken down your wedding day into sections, making it easy to view parts of your gallery separate. You are also able to save favorites so you don’t have to go through the entire gallery every time. Also, the magic DOWNLOAD PHOTOS button downloads ALL the photos straight to your hard drive! Quite Impressive 😉

The image below on the left automatically pops up when you open your PASS gallery. It knows this is something you haven’t used before and immediately grabs your attention to steer you in the direction you want to go. Clicking on the PLUS sign lets you do all the fun stuff… download a single image, share a single image to all social media, email a photo to a friend or family member and the best part… ORDER PRINTS! This is something that makes me incredibly excited because you don’t even have to come to me and say “Tina, I’d like to order prints!” You can simply do it within your PASS gallery. Not just you but ANYONE that has access to the gallery! So if you share the gallery with your mom or aunt or best friend, they can order their own prints! They can download their own photos! There is no need for you to worry about making sure everyone gets prints from your wedding day because now everyone can do it themselves!

When you click on a picture to order a print – it shows you the picture you selected and the printing options. The sizes available are 4×6, 5×7 and 8×10. If you would like anything bigger than 8×10, THEN you come to me 🙂 But it’s fairly priced and is delivered within 3-5 business days! SO simple anyone can do it!

Sharing to Facebook is just as easy – you can edit the caption and sharing it will automatically bring anyone who sees it to the PASS gallery. Of course it credits me automatically so you don’t have to! 🙂

Want to hear my favorite part of it all? You will actually receive this gallery first with your Engagement Photos. Once your Wedding day comes, your wedding photos will be added right into the same gallery so everything will always be together. The BEST part about these galleries is they are online and available for you to access for the next 10 YEARS!! NUTS! I can’t tell how I truly wish they had this when I got married! It would make viewing my photos so much easier!
