I just LOVE September wedding days & Yvonne and Nick’s wedding day was such a beautiful one! Yvonne & Nick’s wedding was laid back and fun! Not only that but everyone in their Bridal Party was in such a great mood all day long, doing all they could to give these two the best wedding day possible. Pouring champagne, stopping traffic in Hoboken for their portraits and being the first ones out on the dance floor! Yvonne & Nick had a traditional church wedding and walked right into marriage. Yvonne is polish & as they made their grand bubble exit out of the church, everyone started singing “Sto lat” for them! (I realized in that moment this was my SIXTH time photographing a wedding with Polish traditions and I know almost all the words to Sto lat lol). They then hopped in their trolley and headed down to Hoboken for portraits and their reception at the W Hotel right along Frank Sinatra Drive! It was a gorgeous day on Sunday and so EVERYONE was out in Hoboken but people had no problem stopping to let us take some photos 🙂 And it was so fun walking around having strangers yell “CONGRATULATIONS!” to these two! After some quick photos by the waterfront, everyone headed inside to enjoy cocktail hour and get ready for the reception! We took some quick photos in their hotel room, with the views of NYC behind them and it was fun watching the Bridal Party let lose and practice their entrances – I mean like literal practice with the song playing and them walking through a doorway. Serious commitment guys! (They all killed it by the way! lol) Yvonne & Nick shared a beautiful first dance and Nick danced with his mom while Yvonne danced with her brother! And then onto dancing! Within SECONDS of the dance party starting, the biggest conga line I’ve EVER seen at a wedding was formed and they did not stop! lol it was so fun!! Yvonne & Nick both have smiles that could light up a room. Their joy is contagious and made for such a fun and joyful wedding day! I loved being a part of it and am so happy to share my favorite images from their wedding day with you today 🙂 Yvonne & Nick, congratulations!! I hope your wedding day was all you ever imagined and I wish you a lifetime of love and happiness together!
